God is Aware

To Children of God on April 19, 2026

Matthew 6:31-33 NLT - [31] "So don't worry about these things, saying, 'What will we eat? What will we drink? What will we wear?'
[32] These things dominate the thoughts of unbelievers, but your heavenly Father already knows all your needs.
[33] Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need.

As humans, we go through this world living our lives based on what we observe. For example, when we see the rain fall, we understand it by how we experience it.

A child sees the rain and wants to play in it because, to them, it is an amazing experience, getting soaked by water that showers from the sky.

As adults, we might tell that the child may get a cold, because that has been our experience.

We see rain as water from clouds that wets the ground; water that is good for crops to grow and that cools the atmosphere after a sunny day.

With our limited experience of the rain, we go about our lives thinking that is all there is to it, or we simply don't go further to understand it.

As believers, we know that God made the rain for our benefit, and because God has provided this to us,

we can grow our food, and we can enjoy ponds, lakes, rainbows, and other beautiful things in this world that are good for us, directly or indirectly.

We have no idea of the depth of love God has shown us, but for the little we do know, we are very grateful.

If or when God takes you through the journey of a single drop of rain, and shows you how every drop has been designed and set on a course for your benefit, you would completely surrender yourself to God's good will, overwhelmed by God's love for you.

When we say "God got me," this covers everything about your existence on earth.

This includes things related to your happiness, your love, your health, your mind, and your soul.

As humans, we can't fully comprehend why things happen the way they do. But just as the rain falls, and though you can't always tell how it benefits you, you know that if it didn't, the whole world would be in big trouble, this is the same way we have to trust God.

And you know for a fact that your current existence isn't a mistake.

Luke 12:22-28 NLT -[22] Then, turning to his disciples, Jesus said, "That is why I tell you not to worry about everyday life--whether you have enough food to eat or enough clothes to wear.
[23] For life is more than food, and your body more than clothing.
[24] Look at the ravens. They don't plant or harvest or store food in barns, for God feeds them. And you are far more valuable to him than any birds!
[25] Can all your worries add a single moment to your life?
[26] And if worry can't accomplish a little thing like that, what's the use of worrying over bigger things?
[27] "Look at the lilies and how they grow. They don't work or make their clothing, yet Solomon in all his glory was not dressed as beautifully as they are.
[28] And if God cares so wonderfully for flowers that are here today and thrown into the fire tomorrow, he will certainly care for you. Why do you have so little faith?

Trust God, Trust the Holy Spirit.
